Road to Listing- Final Step- Securing a Market Sponsor

Upon Wytec’s Regulation A+ Offering becoming Effective by the SEC, Wytec will need to secure a Market Sponsor to both file for Wytec’s trading symbol and assist in the Company’s final public listing requirements. Additionally, the Market Sponsor must support the price per share for the first 30 days of trading. The agreed price-per-share will be derived from the Company’s Independent Valuation expected by end of July.
